Terms and Conditions

Welcome to cmedia33.com. This website is provided by CMedia33 Enterprise as a service to our customers. Please review the following terms and conditions that govern your use of the cmedia33.com site. Hereafter, CMedia33 Enterprise will be referred to as “CMedia33.”

Your use of the cmedia33.com site (the “Site”) constitutes your unconditional agreement to follow and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Even if you “bookmark” a particular section of this Site and thereby bypass this Agreement, your use of the Site still binds you to these Terms and Conditions. CMedia33 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. We encourage you to review these Terms and Conditions whenever you use this Site.

Terms and Conditions of order

We do not permit cancellations, refunds, or exchanges of products once payment has been accepted. Customers are advised to double-check their orders before finalizing them, as artwork cannot be modified after the order is placed and printing is arranged. C Media 33 will not accommodate any cancellations, refunds, or exchanges resulting from a customer’s change of mind.

We will only accept cancellation requests

  • If the file does not meet the requirements or there is an issue with the artwork, and you cannot resend the printable artwork, you may request a cancellation.
  • If you place an order but it has not yet been processed, you may cancel the order. For all cancelled orders, the money will be returned to the website funds, which can be used for future orders and cannot be refunded to the bank account.
  • If the ordered item is out of stock, you will be informed, and the funds will be returned to your website account for future use.

We will only accept return requests

  • If we deliver the wrong products to the customer due to our mistake, you may return the items for an exchange, or we will assist in providing a suitable solution. Please note that refunds are not permitted.
  • Notes : Please be aware that we are not responsible for any damage caused during delivery. We ensure that all packages are wrapped securely to avoid any damages.

We will NOT accept return requests

  • If the printing outcome is not perfect due to issues such as lines, color drops, dirt, or ink stains, please contact us for assistance.
  • Please note that the finishing outcome may not be perfect, as most finishing processes, including cutting and joining, are done by hand. As a result, they may not be 100% perfect.

Terms and Conditions of Artwork

We offer a range of design services. However, the customer is responsible for providing ready-to-print artwork.

  • For most products, we accept JPEG/TIFF files in actual size with CMYK color mode. For products requiring die-cut or white ink, we only accept Ai CS6 files. Please ensure that your die-cut line is in a separate layer. If we receive your files in any format other than Ai CS6, we will place your order on hold to avoid mistakes. Additionally, please ensure that your Ai file is complete, with all fonts outlined and images embedded. Any overprint settings should be unticked. Please note that we are not responsible for any loss or damage to images or artwork.

  • We do not provide proof-checking services for artwork. Before placing your order, please double-check the artwork to ensure it meets our requirements and guidelines. Ensure the file is in the actual size or proportionate to the order size. We will not check the file for issues such as blurriness, missing fonts, incorrect size, or color mode. If there is a problem with the artwork that cannot be printed, you must resend the printable artwork. If you cannot resend the artwork and request to cancel the order, the money can only be returned to the website funds and cannot be refunded to your bank account.

Under these Terms and Conditions, you agree that you will NOT upload any artwork files containing the following material:

  • Any material that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under applicable law.
  • Any material that could infringe on the rights of privacy, publicity, copyrights, or other intellectual property rights without the permission of the owner of these rights and, if applicable, the persons shown in the material.

Terms and Conditions of Printed Products

  • Size Accuracy: Finished goods may not be 100% accurate in actual size. Most materials may vary by 1 to 2 inches for every 10 feet due to different types of finishing and material sizes. For fabric products, post-printing drying using a heater machine may result in size variations. On average, there may be a difference of 2 to 5 inches for every 10 feet. Therefore, we cannot guarantee exact size accuracy.

  • Color Accuracy: We do not provide color guarantees or artwork color proof-checking services. If you wish to achieve the same color as displayed on your screen, please note that we cannot ensure this. No refunds or rejections will be accepted for color differences in the finished product. If you require a color proof, you must order the exact material and machine, arrange a color chart, and place an order through our website. After receiving the desired color, you may place a new order within seven days and adjust the CMYK settings to match the sample color proof. However, even with a color proof sample, we cannot ensure that repeat orders will match the sample color 100%. If exact color matching is critical and you are not willing to accept any variation, please refrain from placing an order.

Terms and Conditions of Payment

  • Pricing: All prices and amounts shown on this Site are in Malaysia Ringgit (MYR), unless otherwise noted. If a user submits a request on the Site to purchase printing products or other services, the user agrees that all charges, taxes, and shipping and processing fees will be automatically charged using an approved payment method. Such amounts will be posted on this Site.

  • Payment Methods: For online orders, payments can be made via online bank transfer (instant transfer) to C Media 33 Enterprise. Our Hong Leong Bank account number is 2690 0023 590. Please ensure you upload the receipt in the designated upload column before placing your order. For cheque payments, we will proceed with your order once the cheque has cleared and the funds have been deposited into our bank account.

  • Order Approval and Changes: Once a print job has been approved by you and you click “Place Order” on the Site, no refunds to your bank account or changes to the artwork files are allowed. After a print job has been sent to our prepress department, you are responsible for paying the entire amount of that print job, along with applicable taxes and processing fees, unless otherwise noted.

  • Order Authorization: All orders received are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized orders will be processed. All full payments must be cleared before we can proceed with your order.

  • Refunds and Mistaken Transactions: If you overpay or make a mistaken transaction, we will return the balance to your C Media 33 online account. Deposits can only be used for online purchases; we do not offer cash refunds or online transfers back to your bank account. C Media 33 will not entertain any refund requests once payment has been deposited.

  • Top-Up Promotions: For top-up promotions, there will be no cash refunds or online transfers back to your bank account. Deposits can only be used for online purchases.

Delivery

In the event that we are unable to deliver to the address provided by you and do not receive any feedback from you, your package will be returned to our headquarters. You will need to pick up your order from our headquarters. If you require us to attempt delivery again, additional delivery charges will apply.

Proof of delivery

Our delivery service may request a signature from the intended recipient of the items purchased. If our driver is unable to deliver to the intended recipient, the order may be delivered to the reception at the recipient’s address, and a signature from the receptionist will be obtained as proof of delivery.

Printing Turnaround Time

 
  • Standard Turnaround Time: Printing turnaround time begins on the working day your order is placed and your print-ready files have been uploaded to your account, attached to your printing job, and approved for printing. If you ordered a rush job, the printing turnaround time begins when we receive approval for your proof. If your files do not conform to our file requirements, your job will be put on hold and the printing turnaround time will be reset.

  • Incomplete Digital Source Files: For printing jobs that do not have complete digital source files provided, the printing turnaround begins when we have your print-ready file(s), not from when the order is first submitted.

  • Cut-off Times:

    • Normal 3 working day and urgent next working day orders: Cut-off time is 6 pm.
    • Same-day orders: Cut-off time is 5 pm sharp.
    • Saturday orders: Cut-off time is 2:30 pm. If your job or proof is approved before the cut-off time, the printing turnaround time begins that business day. Please note that our offices are closed on Sundays and major holidays, and these days are not considered when calculating printing turnaround time.
  • Shipping and Delivery: Printing turnaround time does not include shipping transit time. Please allow additional business days for delivery.

  • Pick-up Orders: Pick-up orders will be held for 30 days at our facility. After 30 days, we will recycle your order.

Termination of Usage

User access to all or part of this Site may be terminated or suspended at any time, without notice and for any reason.

If you leave any comments that defame the company or leave untrue or unreasonable comments, the company reserves the right to seek all remedies available by law. Additionally, the company may take further actions to protect its reputation.
