For online orders, payment is by online bank transfer (instant transfer). Upload your payment receipt in the designated field before placing your order.
For cheque payments, we only process the order once the cheque has cleared and the funds are in our account. Please make sure the cheque is cleared and deposited before you upload the proof of payment at checkout, to avoid delays.

Any overpaid amount is credited to your Cmedia33 online account (wallet) as a deposit. These funds can be used for future online orders but are non-refundable by bank transfer or cash. We do not process refunds once payment has been deposited.

Wallet funds have no time limit and can be used anytime for online orders. Please note: topped-up credit is non-refundable (no bank-transfer or cash refund) and can only be used for online purchases. Top-up funds cannot be used for special custom-quote orders.
Once payment is made, cancellations, refunds and exchanges are not allowed, unless:
- your artwork file does not meet our requirements and you cannot resend a corrected version;
- the order has not yet reached the “printing” stage; or
- the product is out of stock.
A cancellation may be denied, or a fee charged, if the order is in the “checking” stage, if materials have been purchased or prepared, or for stand-only orders that are prepared, in production, or ready for collection. Once an order enters the printing stage, cancellation is strictly not allowed.
All orders are confirmed once submitted. If you request a cancellation we’ll review the order status first; if approved, an RM10 cancellation fee applies (layout, manpower, admin and material costs) and the balance is issued as credit to your online account (not a bank refund).
Returns are accepted only if we delivered the wrong product due to our mistake — you may return it for an exchange or alternative resolution (refunds are not offered). We are not responsible for damage caused during delivery, as we package securely.
Returns are not accepted for minor printing issues (e.g. fine lines, slight ink marks, small colour drops) or finishing imperfections (e.g. slight misalignment, cuts, handmade gluing). Due to manual processes, 100% perfection cannot be guaranteed.
Preferred format: a high-resolution PDF or JPG/JPEG at actual size, in CMYK colour. Outline all fonts and embed images. Please upload the correct format to avoid cancellations or delays — if you’re unsure of the spec for a specific product, WhatsApp us at 0167022598.
No. Printed output may differ from on-screen colours by roughly 10%–50% due to machine settings and ICC profiles. We do not offer refunds or reprints for such colour differences.
No, we do not offer artwork colour proofing or colour guarantees. If colour accuracy is critical you may: place a small test order with your desired CMYK values; confirm the colours on the test print; then place your full order with the confirmed CMYK within 7 days. Even then, exact colour consistency on repeat orders is not guaranteed. For fabric materials we don’t recommend colour proofing, as repeat-order consistency can’t be guaranteed due to temperature variation.
No. We do not check files for missing fonts, low resolution (under 300dpi), overprint settings, RGB/Pantone colours, spelling/grammar, lines under 0.25pt or fonts under 8pt. Customers are fully responsible for artwork accuracy.
If your file doesn’t meet our submission guidelines (wrong format, overprint enabled, fonts not outlined, or images not embedded) we’ll notify you and cancel the order. The payment is returned as online credit — revise your file to the correct specs and place a new order using the credit.

No. A size variance of about 1–2 inches per 10 feet is normal, depending on materials and finishing. For fabric prints, a 2–5 inch variance may occur due to drying and heat processes.
